Who I help
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who may appear high‑functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, depleted, distracted, or unlike themselves on the inside.
I especially enjoy helping people make sense of what they are experiencing and move from feeling stuck to feeling more steady and capable.

Medication can be helpful, but it is only one piece of care.
I do not believe in simply handing someone a diagnosis or a prescription and sending them on their way. I want to understand what is actually happening in your daily life: your stressors, relationships, strengths, physical health, and what you have already tried.
I aim to offer clear guidance while making sure you remain an active participant in your treatment.
What to expect
-
Your first appointment
We talk about what brings you in, your symptoms, goals, history, current medications, and what you hope will be different. I take time to understand the whole picture rather than rushing to a conclusion.
-
Your treatment plan
Together, we create an initial plan, which may include medication recommendations, practical coping strategies, therapy support, referrals, or further assessment.
-
Follow-up visits
We review what is helping and what is not, and adjust the plan thoughtfully over time.

Faith-informed care is available if you would like your faith included in your treatment.
I want every person who comes to the practice to feel that they do not have to have everything figured out before asking for help.
About Olivia
Working in healthcare showed me how often mental health affects every part of a person's life: relationships, confidence, work, physical health, and the ability to simply feel like themselves. Becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner allowed me to combine thoughtful listening with practical, evidence-based treatment.
So many people come in feeling dismissed, rushed, or unsure whether anyone truly understands the full picture. I wanted to create a practice where you feel respected, listened to, and included in decisions about your care.

Is this the right fit?
My practice is best suited for people seeking outpatient psychiatric care. It is not the right setting if you need emergency, inpatient, intensive outpatient, or a higher level of care. I also do not provide court-ordered evaluations, disability evaluations, or primary substance‑use treatment.
If you are in crisis right now, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
